I’m Rodney.

I sell real estate in Florida and my wife and I are building WAITS on 30A.

I’ve always loved building things. Businesses, ideas, systems. Probably too many of them sometimes.

I’m interested in business, real estate, health, technology, money, people, and figuring out why things work the way they do.

More than any of that, I’m a husband, dad, and follower of Jesus.

I don’t have everything figured out. I’m just trying to build things that matter, tell the truth about what I learn, and encourage people along the way.
